Sales are final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. refunds are possible.
If there is any issue with your order—including defects, damage, or receiving the wrong item—please contact our customer support team and we’ll make it right.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at help@collarbonita.com so we can evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for eligible issues (such as defects, damage, or fulfillment errors).
If a refund is approved:

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer support so we can assist you directly.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
This right applies only if:
